Piles
Uraltrubprom produces steel piles acc. to TU requirements. Size of piles: D 146-630mm, wall thickness 6-14mm, length 6-24 m.
JSC “Uraltrubprom” is the only one plant in Russia capable to produce pipes from coiled steel with the length of 24 m, without a cross joint and with wall thickness of 22 mm.
Steel piles produced by Uraltrubprom are applied in the following fields:
- For mounting and reconstruction of supports of:
- high-voltage power lines;
- bridges, antenna- mast constructions;
- open switchgears and other substation equipment;
- communication lines.
- For supports of oil & gas pipelines
- For bases constructed on not frozen (thawed) grounds
- For works relating to solidification of soils and grounds at construction building near to objects of various purposes.
- For construction of buildings of various purposes.
Uraltrubprom has taken part in a large-scale project - construction of the plant for manufacture and storage of liquefied gas beyond the Arctic Circle, within the scope of «Yamal LNG» project. Round pipes with D 530x14 mm and 530x20 mm and non-standard length of 24, 22 and 20 m, as well as length of 12, 14, 16, and 18 m were used for pile structures of «Yamal LNG». For three years of the project, Uraltrubprom has delivered more than 155 665 tons of pipe products.

Uraltrubprom produces boring blade, wide-blade piles with cast or welded tip.
Pile features
Pile body is made of longitudinal electric-welded pipes acc. to GOST 10705 with obligatory testing for usual or cold-resistant versions.
Length: 6-24 m
Nominal external diameter of the body: 114, 146, 159, 168, 219, 325, 426, 530, 630 mm.
Pile’s body wall thickness: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 mm.
Steels for pile body: low-alloyed or carbon steels
Cast tips are cast from steel of 25L or 35L grades, acc. to GOST 977 (other steel grade may be used upon agreement with the customer).
The number of screw wide-blade pile turns makes 1.5 turn including: 1 turn on a conic part and 0.5 turn on a cylindrical part of the tip. Screw blade pitch makes 200 mm.
Upon agreement with the customer, piles can have additional elements: ▼
- the pile tip may have a drainage hole with diameter of 20-25 mm;
- head;
- manufacturing holes;
- load gripping devices;
- additional blade turn on the body;
- other design elements.
Delivery, shipping, order.
- Pipes are shipped with motor and railway transport. Self-delivery is possible.
- Pipes are produced under specific order.
- We accept only wholesale orders from 20 tons (one item or combined order).
