Rectangular steel pipe
Uraltrubprom produces longitudinal electric-welded pipes of rectangular section with sizes from 100x50 to 500x400 mm and wall thickness from 3 to 22 mm.
Uraltrubprom is the only one plant producing longitudinal electric-welded rectangular pipes of large section from 400x200 mm to 500x400 mm with wall thickness from 6 to 22 mm.
Large sections have been produced since 2009, when a new line producing electric-welded pipes (made by Japanese brand) was put into service.
Thick-walled sections of large sizes are delivered to Russia, CIS, and EU countries.
Shaped pipes of rectangular section are produced only from rolled steel, on pipe welding machines the pipes are welded by high-frequency currents (HFC).
Pipes of rectangular section are applied in building - at erection of various buildings, constructions, supporting elements. In mechanical engineering, pipes of square section are used as design element of various equipment, in particular for manufacture of lorry and tractor frames, framework elements of containers and tanks, etc.
Name: rectangular welded pipes, shaped pipes, steel bent closed welded sections, bent welded pipes, cold-bent steel section.
Rectangular welded pipes produced by Uraltrubprom meet requirements of the following standards:
GOST 30245, GOST 25577, GOST 13663, GOST 8645, GOST 32931
EN 10219-1, EN 10219-2, ASTM A500/A500M.
Besides, Uraltrubprom produces electric-welded rectangular sections with additional TU requirements: ▼
TU 1303-004-12281990. Steel bent closed welded sections for framework elements of containers and tanks. Operating temperature in the range from -40°С to +50°С.
