99 meters length steel arch from hollow sections was assembled

At “Uraltrubprom”, JSC 99 meters length steel arch from hollow sections was assembled.

At metal structures manufacturing site of “Uraltrubprom”, JSC a fit-up of steel arch of build-up section with 99 meters span for ice indoor stadium (Khabarovsk city) took place. Steel structures are made of ERW hollow sections of “Uraltrubprom’s”, production. Totally 12 such kind of steel arches will be manufactured.

“Uraltrubprom”, JSC will manufacture 6200 tons of metal structures from ERW hollow sections for building of ice indoor stadium for bandy in Khabarovsk city. The last shipment of metal structures is being planned to be carried out in August 2009.

Ice indoor stadium is the unique building for Russia in constructive design. Roof framing structures are designed as large span steel arches of build-up section with 99 m. span and 12 m. interval.
